PayloadsAllTheThings is a GitHub repository of useful payloads and bypasses for web application security. Each vulnerability class has its own folder with a description of how to exploit it, plus example payloads.

It also has a Methodology section with a reverse shell cheat sheet, which is useful for gaining a first foothold after you find a way in.
